What You'll Be Doing:

• Designing and building scalable data platforms on AWS to support analytics, reporting, and real-time use cases.

• Deploying and managing Apache Spark clusters for high-performance distributed data processing.

• Implementing and optimising infrastructure using Amazon EKS (managed Kubernetes).

• Collaborating with data engineers, architects, and DevOps to ensure robust, secure, and efficient cloud-based solutions.

• Automating infrastructure and deployment pipelines using IaC (Infrastructure as Code) best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services in a data platform context.

• Proven experience building and managing Spark clusters (on-prem or cloud-native).

• Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS or other Kubernetes platforms.

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, containerisation (Docker), and monitoring tools.

• Experience with Terraform or similar tools for infrastructure automation is a plus.

• Strong scripting or coding ability in Python, Bash, or similar.
