Talenza has been engaged by a leading healthcare provider to source a Senior Network Engineer for a 6-month contract to support their operations and projects. This role plays a critical part in designing and optimising network architecture across clinical and enterprise environments.

• Extensive experience as a Network Engineer with senior-level responsibilities.
• Skilled in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust network architecture.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in high-performing technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Design and manage complex network infrastructure in a healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support clinical and enterprise systems.
• Lead the assessment and implementation of network upgrades and improvements.
• Provide expert troubleshooting and resolution for network-related issues.
• Document network architecture and configurations for compliance and support purposes.
• Work closely with stakeholders in both Melbourne and Brisbane to ensure seamless connectivity and system performance.

• Demonstrated experience in network architecture design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Prior experience working in healthcare or similarly regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage projects independently and deliver to tight timeframes.

• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Networking, or a related field.
• Relevant industry certifications are highly regarded.
