We're on the lookout for a Lead Quality Analyst who thrives on delivering high-quality solutions and enjoys working across teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be hands-on with test planning, QA processes, and collaborating with consultants, developers, and stakeholders to make sure our client's work hits the mark - every time.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking critically, and helping shape how quality is delivered across projects. You'll be working across multiple initiatives, primarily in the Salesforce ecosystem, so experience there is a big plus.

What You'll Be Doing
Reviewing user stories and solution designs to spot potential issues early
Writing test plans and test cases based on business requirements
Managing test cycles and leading the QA process on projects
Owning the defect management process and coordinating with technical teams
Working closely with internal and client teams to maintain high delivery standards
Contributing to continuous improvement in QA practices and tools
Mentoring QA team members and sharing your knowledge
What We're Looking For
Around 3+ years of experience in a QA lead role
Strong background in test planning and hands-on testing
Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines
Great communicator, highly organised, and detail-focused
Familiar with tools like JIRA (or similar) for tracking bugs and progress
Bonus: experience with Salesforce projects and/or test automation tools
Nice to Have
A degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
A genuine interest in tech and learning - maybe you even attend meetups or community events
