We're looking for a Manager who is excited to build upon their career and step into a Senior Manager position, joining our ever-expanding Strategy and Transformation practice. You will be a high-performing, hands-on leader who brings together Design Thinking, Collaborative client workshops and Business Cases to enable strategic transformations. Based in our Sydney office, full-time hybrid working.

With your expertise across a range of industries and technology initiatives, you will use your consulting experience to understand the clients' technology & business needs, evaluate existing systems and processes, and provide strategic recommendations to optimize efficiency and drive business success.

This is a role for someone who thrives in client-facing environments and can also move fast internally, helping us shape the future of our capability offering as we scale.

You'll work across industries, helping clients solve complex challenges influenced by shifts in business models, customer experiences, and technology innovation.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Lead and facilitate strategic workshops, co-design sessions with executive and technical/ operational teams.
• Lead end-to-end strategy engagements, from vision-setting to execution planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing decisions at the highest level.
• Shape transformation roadmaps that unlock value and enable growth across industries.
• Guide, mentor, and grow high-performing teams; coach Managers and Consultants to their next level.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to practice growth through proposals and thought leadership.
• Bring a point of view - and the courage to challenge the status quo.
• Bring structure to ambiguity through strategy framing, business cases, journey mapping, and storytelling.
• Flex across industries and sectors, rapidly understanding new environments and client contexts.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate business, experience, and technology perspectives.
• Contribute to internal capability development, IP, tools, and methodologies in a start-up style environment.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years' experience in management consulting, or transformation roles and experience working for a consultancy.
• Experience leading client workshops and creating business cases to then present to company executives.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills, comfortable engaging diverse stakeholders from executives to front-line teams.
• Strategic thinker with a pragmatic mindset, focused on action, momentum, and real-world outcomes.
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Miro, Mural, Figma, PowerPoint, and the agility to master new tools as required.
• High emotional intelligence, a collaborative working style, and strong influence skills.
