Daily rate: $650 - $750 incl Super

About The Role

This is a newly created role to support the project team from very early stages on a multi-year cyber uplift program. A high level strategy has been completed with a view to prioritise 4-5 project streams across IAM and PAM, Endpoint Security, Data Loss Prevention/Data Governance and Network Segmentation. The role will require you to work with complex stakeholders - both technical and non technical.

About You:

• 3-5 years' experience in a Project Coordinator or Business Analyst role, ideally within IT or cybersecurity environments.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (e.g., DLP, SaaS, CASB, cloud security).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mix of project coordination and business analyst duties across the different workstreams.
• Maintain project documentation: schedules, RAID logs, action trackers, and communication plans.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.
• Track project progress and assist with reporting to stakeholders.
