Description
As a Functional Consultant with expertise in HRIS and SuccesFactors, you will join our Client in the Education Sector as part of the Business Technology Services team. You will join on a permanent basis with a flexible and hybrid working week.
Provide specialist support and administration for SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Manage system configuration, user access, integrations, and reporting.
Resolve user issues via the Service Desk, including triage and escalation.
Monitor system performance and data integrity; recommend improvements.
Coordinate system updates, testing, upgrades, and patch management.
Liaise with business users, SMEs, and vendors to deliver system enhancements and business outcomes.
Document requirements and support change management for new initiatives.
Develop governance, procedures, and support resources in line with best practices.
Promote technology adoption, digital literacy, and system capability across teams.
Analyse and report on system data and performance metrics.
Act as SME or product specialist on projects and system improvements.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with HRIS expertise. SuccessFactors experience is an advantage.
