Description
Functional Consultant with expertise in FinOps D365 required for a client in the Education Sector. As part of the Business Techology Services team, you will be regarded as the SME, providing support, contributing to user training materials, ensuring system usage and adoption, and contributing to continuous improvement. You will join on an initial Fixed Term Contract of 1-2 years. The role is based in Brisbane, offering a hybrid working week.
Support core D365 F&O modules (GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets) and integrations.
Manage user access, service desk requests, and issue resolution.
Monitor system performance and data integrity; recommend improvements.
Coordinate system updates, upgrades, testing, and release management.
Administer system configurations and background processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and business outcomes.
Liaise with vendors for support and development.
Act as SME for projects and system changes.
Document business requirements and support change management.
Develop procedures and guidelines aligned with best practices.
Promote digital adoption and system use across teams, supporting communication and adoption of changes.
Analyse data for reporting and improvement opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
The ideal candidate would have a 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of FinOps and Dynamics 365.
