A global finance leader is launching a career-defining initiative - a Leadership Academy - designed to accelerate leadership capability and cultural transformation across the organisation.
This role offers the opportunity to directly influence how leadership development is embedded into the business. You'll partner with senior stakeholders across People, Culture, and L&D functions to ensure change is effectively managed and sustained.
As Change Manager, you will be responsible for the successful rollout and adoption of a refreshed leadership skills framework. The initiative is a multi-year global transformation aiming to uplift leadership capability and support skills-based learning at all levels.
You'll collaborate across time zones, supporting regional learning teams to embed structured learning programs; from executive leadership workshops to enterprise-wide elearning.
Lead change management planning and delivery for the Leadership Learning Accelerator.
Collaborate with HR, L&D, and business leaders to embed leadership capability uplift programs.
Develop and implement engagement, communications, and training strategies tailored to regional and functional needs.
Support rollout of structured learning programs using internal career development and learning platforms.
Align change strategies to broader cultural and leadership transformation goals.
Monitor adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement across global teams.
5-7+ years of end-to-end change management experience, ideally in large, global organisations.
Demonstrated success implementing leadership or capability-building programs at scale.
Strong knowledge of learning strategies, frameworks, and skills-based workforce planning.
Confidence engaging with senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
Flexibility to work across global time zones, including early or late meetings as needed.
Experience in insurance, financial services, or enterprise learning programs is highly desirable.
