Working arrangement: Hybrid Working arrangement - 1 day a week in office.
Office location: Sydney CBD

Overview: The Engineering Team Lead will guide and inspire a team of software engineers to build and deliver a cutting-edge Web3 platform, driving excellence in engineering practices and shaping the company's broader strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a team of software engineers to build a novel Web3 platform.
  • Deliver an industry-leading platform and exceptional experiences to diverse customers.
  • Drive excellence in engineering practices, company culture, and strategy development.
  • Coach and mentor your team to foster growth in technical, analytical, and soft skills.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software/technology roles and 2+ years managing teams of 4+.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-focused teams and collaborate with Product Management, Research, Marketing, and executive leadership.
  • Expertise in cloud-native technologies (preferably GCP) and experience architecting Web2/Web3 products at scale.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, Web3 concepts, and block-chain software development.
