About The Role

This is a newly created role to support the successful delivery of a strategic Identity Project. The project is part of an early stages multi-year cyber uplift program.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs, ideally in large or complex environments.
• Solid understanding of IGA concepts and technologies - experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ is highly desirable.
• Experience in Privileged Access Management, preferably with platforms such as BeyondTrust, or similar.
• Strong process mapping and business analysis skills with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business and functional requirements for IGA and PAM initiatives.
• Support application onboarding into SailPoint, including current state analysis, requirement definition, and testing support.
• Work closely with platform owners to facilitate onboarding into the PAM solution, ensuring alignment with governance processes and compliance requirements.
• Analyse existing identity processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency, security, and auditability.
• Support testing activities by contributing to test plan creation, scenario definition, and issue triaging.
