- Design and deliver communications aligned to business strategy, transformation goals, and regulatory expectations.
- Craft sensitive, high-impact messaging that anticipates internal and external implications.
- Lead internal communications for enterprise-wide initiatives including compliance, operational change, and brand repositioning.
- Ensure consistency and alignment with organisational purpose, values, and employee value proposition.
- Engage employees at all levels through targeted, inclusive messaging across a complex corporate structure.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the uplift of internal comms capability.
- Partner with external comms, marketing, legal, HR, and risk teams to develop integrated communication strategies.
- Identify and proactively mitigate reputational risks in internal messaging.
- Support major internal events, campaigns, and transformation rollouts at the executive level.
What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years in internal communications, corporate affairs, or change communications in large, matrixed environments (e.g. telecommunications, financial services, enterprise tech).
- Proven experience advising and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong strategic acumen with the ability to challenge, counsel, and deliver pragmatic communication solutions.
- Background in supporting transformation, regulatory reform, or reputation recovery.
- Comfortable operating across strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences and withstand external scrutiny.
- Skilled in navigating organisational dynamics and cross-functional collaboration.
- Agile, delivery-focused, and effective under pressure and ambiguity.
Why Join?
- Help shape the internal narrative during a high-profile corporate transformation.
- Work directly with executive leaders on critical employee engagement programs.
- Be part of a renewed and modernised communications function.
- Join a well-known national brand in one of the most meaningful chapters of its evolution.
