We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Change and Communications Manager to join our team immediately to support a critical ERP implementation project for our client. This role will support the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics across Finance Operations, Enterprise Asset Management, and Contract Management.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and is skilled in navigating change across complex stakeholder landscapes-from frontline workers to procurement and executive teams.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Lead and execute the change and communication strategy for a large-scale ERP implementation (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Work closely with the Project Manager, Business Lead, and key business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and engagement across impacted teams.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups, from frontline staff to procurement and finance professionals.
• Create tailored communication and engagement plans that support understanding, ownership, and adoption of the new systems and processes.
• Translate technical and business change impacts into clear, accessible communications for different audiences.
• Identify change readiness challenges and develop strategies to overcome resistance, particularly in operational and frontline environments.
• Support training and capability uplift activities.
• Manage feedback loops and measure change adoption and communication effectiveness.
• Help create a positive experience of change through transparency, empathy, and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• Has experience delivering technology and ERP-related change initiatives (Microsoft Dynamics experience highly regarded).
• Can quickly grasp business operations and frontline challenges, particularly in sectors like aged care, healthcare, or similar.
• Is comfortable in ambiguous environments and can pivot between detail and strategy with ease.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable engaging with challenging stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Has a proven ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Has worked with operational, field-based, or frontline teams and understands how to translate complex changes into relatable messaging.
