What's the role?

As the Technology Domain Lead, you will:

• Drive the strategic adoption and implementation of Appian across the enterprise.

• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-year transformation programs from a technology standpoint.

• Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps, architectural direction, and best practices.

• Manage and inspire large cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes and strong delivery culture.

• Bring an engineering mindset to problem solving, balancing innovation with pragmatic execution.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Proven leadership experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation projects in complex environments.

• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Appian or similar BPM/low-code platforms.

• A strong engineering background - ideally with past experience as a software engineer or architect.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries is highly regarded.
