Solution Architect - Identity & Access Management
📍 Brisbane-based | Permanent | Monthly travel to Wellington (initially) | PR or Citizenship required

Join a purpose-driven cybersecurity consultancy committed to improving lives through trusted digital identity. As a Solution Architect, you'll design and deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions across high-impact projects, working closely with clients in both Australia and New Zealand.

What you'll do:

• Lead architecture design and implementation of modern IAM and identity governance solutions

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal delivery teams to shape end-to-end solutions

• Translate business and security requirements into secure-by-design identity architectures

• Contribute to strategy, technical leadership, and architecture reviews aligned with standards and frameworks

• Support pre-sales activities and mentor internal teams on solution best practices

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in IAM architecture, solution design, and stakeholder engagement

• Deep understanding of identity standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, etc.)

• Skilled in integration architecture, identity federation, and API security

• Must be based in Brisbane, with availability to travel to Wellington 1 week/month (first 3 months), then 1 week every 2 months

• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship is essential
