Talenza is working with a leading Government client in the Energy Sector to find a highly capable Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact Enterprise Services team and play a key role in enhancing and supporting core HR systems.

About the Role

In this role, you'll support and maintain SAP SuccessFactors and related people and culture systems. You'll also work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver enhancements, resolve technical issues, and contribute to system strategy and improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Configure system workflows, permissions, integrations, and access.
• Collaborate with ICT and third-party vendors to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Support system testing, data integrity, and documentation.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.
• Provide training and support to HR system users.
• Drive system improvements and participate in new feature rollouts.

What We're Looking For

• Based in Brisbane or willing to commute to the CBD 3 days per week.
• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).
• Strong understanding of HR systems, data, and workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full working rights in Australia are essential.
