Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 tools and technologies (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Act as a key contact for troubleshooting and resolving Salesforce and other CRM platform issues
Write and run SQL queries to investigate and resolve data-related issues
Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to identify root causes and implement fixes
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and documentation
Monitor system performance and proactively flag potential issues
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Production Support or Application Support role
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (especially Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
Ability to write and understand SQL queries
Experience supporting CRM platforms - Salesforce highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A problem-solver with a passion for technology and a customer-first mindset
