Role:

As a Salesforce Quality Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of Salesforce solutions within complex public sector environments. You will work closely with cross-functional squads-including architects, developers, and business analysts-to validate functionality, minimise risk, and uphold delivery standards in an agile setting.

• Define and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases across Salesforce clouds
• Participate in sprint planning, user story reviews, and backlog grooming to ensure clear and testable requirements.
• Perform thorough exploratory, functional, and regression testing to ensure the reliability, usability, and performance of software applications.
• Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for both new and existing features
• Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work closely with stakeholders to validate user journeys, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

You will have:

• 3+ years of Salesforce QA/Test Analyst experience, ideally on public sector projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms and release management processes
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g. Zephyr, TestRail) and agile collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines is highly regarded
