Description

We're looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join a leading global digital agency. In this role, you'll lead the creation of user-centric digital products and services for major brands. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to define experience strategies, shape creative solutions, and ensure delivery of high-quality design outcomes.

This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and strong execution. You'll play a key part in mentoring others, influencing design culture, and setting the standard for what great digital experiences should look like.

  • Own and deliver end-to-end design solutions, from concept through to execution

  • Define experience strategies that align user needs with business goals

  • Lead design research, interpret findings, and translate insights into actionable ideas

  • Apply core design principles including layout, typography, accessibility, motion, and interaction

  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and refine digital products and experiences

  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with internal and external stakeholders

  • Help grow the design practice by mentoring others and contributing to team development

  • Stay up to date with tools, trends, and techniques to improve design outcomes

  • Present work clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams

  • 6+ years in UX, UI, or experience design roles, ideally in an agency or product environment

  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work and thinking

  • Skilled in tools like Figma, ProtoPie, Adobe XD, or similar

  • Experience running user research, usability testing, and synthesizing insights

  • Confident leading workshops and design presentations

  • Comfortable working in iterative environments (Agile, Lean, Design Sprints, etc.)

  • Strong communicator and collaborator

  • Demonstrated ability to manage your own work and take initiative

  • Background in mentoring or supporting other designers is a plus

  • Work with a highly skilled, collaborative team across design, strategy, data, and technology

  • Be part of a global network with career opportunities in Australia, New Zealand, and internationally

  • Contribute to large-scale, high-impact digital experiences

  • Ongoing support for learning, development, and growth
