We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Director/Manager to lead a critical Day 2 integration workstream following a recent M&A transaction. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned integration expert with a strong track record in post-deal execution, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector. This is an initial short term contract to extend and we need people available to start immediately.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Lead and coordinate the post-merger Day 2 integration effort across business and technology teams.
• Develop and execute a joint transition plan, aligning with both acquirer and acquired teams.
• Oversee critical integration streams, including data migration, systems alignment, and ERP harmonisation.
• Partner with business leaders, IT stakeholders, and external vendors to drive execution and resolve blockers.
• Track program milestones and manage delivery against tight timelines.
• Ensure risks are identified early and mitigated through structured planning and communication.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading M&A Day 2 integration programs from planning through execution.
• Strong background in post-deal integration within M&A environments.
• Industry experience in insurance or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and integration challenges including data migration.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate at both executive and delivery levels.
• Immediate availability to start.
