We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a high-priority Day 2 post-M&A integration program. This role will be instrumental in shaping the target technology architecture and guiding strategic design decisions across systems and data domains. This is an initial short-term contract to extend, we need someone available to start immediately.

By joining Tranzformd, you will be working with ASX listed companies on transformation strategies, initiatives and programs of work. This might include but is not limited to the following:

• Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand the current business architecture and inform future-state design.
• Define the target enterprise architecture that supports business objectives post-merger.
• Translate complex business requirements into cohesive technology strategies.
• Ensure architectural decisions align with the integration roadmap, particularly around data integration and access management.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and technical leads to align execution with architectural standards.
• Provide architectural governance across workstreams to ensure consistency and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business or Enterprise Architect, ideally in large-scale transformation or integration programs.
• Strong ability to analyse and interpret business architecture and translate it into technical strategy.
• Experience developing target state architecture and transition plans in complex environments.
• Exposure to M&A programs and familiarity with related terminology and integration challenges.
• Experience with data integration, identity and access management within enterprise ecosystems.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments.
• Immediate availability to start.
