About the Role

You'll lead the definition and implementation of future-state cybersecurity architecture, embedding security controls, standards, and practices into technology platforms and business operations. About You

• Proven experience in Cybersecurity architecture leadership across large, complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Hybrid and Cloud security, IAM, network security, and DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on background in application security, threat modelling, risk analysis, and designing mitigation controls.
• Familiar with key frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.
• Confident in strategic planning, roadmap design, and technical leadership across senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, embed, and maintain cybersecurity principles, patterns, and target architectures.
• Collaborate with business, platform, and security teams to ensure consistent and effective security controls across the enterprise.
• Lead capability mapping, architectural forums, and strategic alignment workshops.
• Stay ahead of the threat landscape and continuously evolve cyber defences.
• Evaluate, test, and recommend new tools, vendors, and technology partners to enhance security capability.
