Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for enterprise systems, aligning with the organisation's growth, resilience, and digital maturity objectives. Lead system selection, design, and implementation across core platforms.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating service contracts and ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
- Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of enterprise system professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development. Lead a team focused on technical delivery and solution deployment.
- Service & Performance Management: Drive the adoption of IT service management principles to manage incident, problem, change, and service level management, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Budget & Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of enterprise systems, managing budgets and ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic and operational goals.

- Leadership Skills: Proven success in leading large, geographically dispersed teams (50+ professionals), driving performance and collaboration across multiple regions.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Strong capability in managing relationships with senior business stakeholders and technical teams, alongside extensive vendor management experience.
- Process Optimisation: Expertise in simplifying both technical and business processes to ensure alignment with broader organisational goals and improve overall efficiency.
- Strategic Vision & Execution: Ability to shape and execute strategies that drive technological innovation, service delivery excellence, and digital transformation initiatives.
