We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join a high-performing Data team on a day rate contract basis. You'll play a key role in delivering transformative regulatory data solutions. You'll collaborate with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders, leveraging technologies such as AI and automation to improve processes, ensure compliance, and create real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, scope, and deliver data-driven solutions that meet regulatory and business requirements

• Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical specifications

• Partner with data engineers and analytics teams to support delivery

• Drive efficiencies by applying automation and AI capabilities

• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and risk management standards are met

What you'll bring:

• 3 + years Business Analysis or project/consulting experience within financial services

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on data-focused projects (warehousing, analytics, or transformation)

• Proficiency in SQL with experience reconciling data across systems

• Strong ability to elicit business requirements and convert them into technical documentation

• Understanding of data quality principles and risk management

• A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement

• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Candidates must be based in Sydney with full work rights - office attendance is a mandatory 3 days per week.
