Daily Rate: $1200 - $1300 incl Super

Location: Sydney CBD / WFH Hybrid

About You:

• Proven track record of leading agile product delivery in large enterprises.

• Strong understanding of IAM concepts including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, and access governance.

• Experience running delivery squads or scrum teams - a natural leader and facilitator

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills - clear, confident, and collaborative.

• One Identity experience highly desirable.

About the Role:

• Own the IAM product backlog and roadmap, aligned to business objectives and risk priorities.

• Run Agile sprints - guide and support the squad through planning, execution, and review.

• Work with internal teams to define and embed IAM standards, policies, and controls.

• Drive adoption of identity governance tools and processes across the enterprise.

• Coordinate multiple streams, ensure detail is not missed, and keep delivery on track.
