Description

Strategic Change Lead - SaaS Adoption & Digital Enablement

Our client has invested $20 million into technology transformation, including a full migration to Salesforce, Microsoft E5 (Copilot), and broader cloud-based platforms. But like many big programs, adoption hasn't kept pace with rollout.

They're now looking for a Strategic Change Lead to take a step back from delivery, assess where things are landing, and shape the roadmap for enterprise-wide adoption.

  • Moved from a custom Java-based CRM to Salesforce - but end users are struggling with speed and usability

  • Migrated from Lotus Notes to the Microsoft ecosystem - E5 license + Copilot included

  • Strong tech stack, but limited current uptake

  • Own the change adoption strategy across the enterprise (not just project-based delivery)

  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 Change Managers

  • Assess uptake and barriers across major SaaS platforms

  • Design and drive training, communication, and stakeholder engagement plans

  • Influence senior leaders to drive behavioural change and digital literacy

  • Build a repeatable adoption framework for future technology rollouts

  • Deep experience in enterprise change leadership, especially within SaaS or digital enablement

  • A strategic mindset - you can build roadmaps, not just execute plans

  • Understanding of the real-world user experience of platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft 365

  • Comfort leading change across tech, culture, and process

  • Experience guiding and scaling internal change teams

This is a unique opportunity to shape how a $20m transformation is actually experienced by the people it was built for. If you're driven by impact and know how to move the needle on adoption reach out today.
