Role: Principal Service Designer
Daily Rate: $900 + Super
Contract Length: Initial contract until 30/06/25 + extensions
Location: Parramatta/2150

As Principal Service Designer, you'll shape the design vision for replacing and modernising core legacy systems - setting the template for future transformations.

Working as the head designer in a high-performing, cross-functional team (including a Principal Product Manager, Delivery Lead, BA, and Solution Architect), you'll own and deliver end-to-end design solutions - spanning UX, UI, and content. You'll map and optimise customer journeys, develop service blueprints, and ensure a consistent, human-centred experience across multiple systems.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience leading service design in large-scale digital transformations

• Expertise in UX/UI design, content strategy, and service blueprinting

• Strong ability to translate legacy workflows into modern, customer-focused journeys

• Confidence working at pace, managing multiple priorities, and influencing stakeholders

• Collaborative mindset to work within multi-disciplinary teams

• Proficiency with Miro, Figma, and Microsoft Stack tools
