Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (SD-WAN Experience)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experience in SD-WAN projects (or similar) to support a network transformation initiatives and help deliver improved business outcomes through enhanced connectivity and infrastructure.

About the Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and contribute to the successful delivery of SD-WAN and related IT infrastructure solutions. Your work will play a key role in ensuring network changes are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements for SD-WAN and network-related projects.

• Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate needs into actionable plans.

• Support process mapping, impact analysis, and solution validation.

• Contribute to project planning, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and change management efforts.

• Assist in testing, rollout, and adoption activities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, infrastructure, or network-related projects.

• Practical exposure to SD-WAN solutions or deployments.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work across business and technical teams, translating complex concepts into clear documentation.

• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
