Role overview:

This role sits in the Product Development team who help deliver strategic business outcomes by prioritizing, leading, and managing all the necessary cross-functional resources, knowledge and skills to drive development of new product and capabilities in line with product roadmaps.
As an experienced E2E Business Analyst, you have hands-on experience in both traditional waterfall and agile project delivery, and you will be comfortable using various tools and applying various techniques and methodologies as part of the project to effectively deliver quality business analyst deliverables.
The E2E Business Analyst role works collaboratively across the business to refine customer use cases, define business requirements, co-ordinate the design of the end to end business processes and track the delivery of business requirements, engaging broadly across various business units and external vendors
The E2E Business Analyst works within the program teams to ensure business requirements are scoped and delivered, while ensuring that the solutions contribute to a reliable and efficient end to end business operation.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience in E2E Business Analyst roles in large and complex programs including: Requirements planning, elicitation, management and verification, Process Mapping
  • Experience in working on New Product Development and Enhancement programs

Desireable Experience:

  • 5 years experiences working in ICT/ TelecommunicationsMinimum 5 years experience in product development and transformation programs
  • Knowledge of Mobile, Fixed Carriage, ICT, IOT Products
  • Understanding of Enterprise Business systems and processes
