Salary: $1,000 - 1,200 inclusive of super
Contract Type: 12 Month Day Rate Contract

As the business scales across the APAC region, they are looking to appoint a Darwin-based Delivery Consultant to join their on-the-ground client delivery team.
About the Role
This is a client-facing, delivery role where you will lead the end-to-end implementation and support of the company's SaaS platform. Working closely with site-based stakeholders, you'll play a dual role across solution delivery and relationship management, ensuring successful rollout, user adoption, and ongoing value realisation.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across operational, IT, and business teams
- Conduct requirements gathering, solution configuration, user acceptance testing, and go-live support
- Act as the key point of contact between the client and the SaaS product/technical teams
- Drive user engagement, training, and onboarding to ensure adoption and value realisation
- Proactively identify delivery risks, issues, and blockers-and work collaboratively to resolve them
- Own the full delivery lifecycle of the SaaS product on-site with a key mining client
- Provide feedback to internal product teams based on client usage, pain points, and enhancement needs
- Support ongoing optimisation and integration initiatives to extend platform value across the site
- Represent the SaaS brand professionally on site and act as a trusted advisor to the client
Key Selection Criteria
- Strong stakeholder engagement and client management skills, ideally in operational or industrial settings
- Experience as a project manager, consultant , or software delivery consultant roles
- Exposure to or experience working in utilities, water or telecommunications
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training capabilities
- Confident working independently on client site, with support from remote product and delivery teams
