Are you a data-driven expert with full-lifecycle experience - from warehousing to reporting? Join a leading financial institution on a high-impact contract role focused on detecting and preventing financial crime.

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to support critical financial crime initiatives. You'll work end-to-end across the data journey - from ingestion and modelling to reporting and insights - helping drive smarter decisions and stronger controls.

• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and models

• Design clear, insightful dashboards using Power BI or Tableau 📊

• Partner with fraud, compliance, and risk teams to shape data strategy

• Translate complex business needs into data-driven solutions

• Ensure data quality, governance, and reliability across deliverables

• 5+ years' experience in data analytics, ideally in financial services

• Strong hands-on skills in SQL, data warehousing, and BI tools

• Experienced in working with large, complex datasets

• Exposure to or interest in financial crime, AML, or fraud analytics 🔍

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Confident working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

• Background in financial crime, compliance, or regulatory reporting

• Familiarity with APRA/ASIC or global regulatory frameworks
