Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in delivering solutions that enhance customer and business outcomes. You'll be joining a collaborative Salesforce team of eight professionals dedicated to supporting and enhancing solutions for over 1,000 users predominantly on Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.

You will:

• Work in a global team environment alongside business analysts, developers, architects, and product owners.
• Partner with Salesforce business analysts to gather and understand complex business requirements.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure, and best-practice Salesforce solutions while adhering to governor limits and development standards.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including solution design, hands-on development, testing, and deployment.
• Build, customise, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, Visualforce, and Flows tailored to specific business needs.
• Contribute to key projects, such as Copilot integrations with Salesforce Sales Cloud and uplifting middleware APIs using MuleSoft.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure solutions align with business objectives, security policies, and technical best practices.
• Support DevOps processes, including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.

You will have:

• 3 - 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise-level implementations.
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong skills in Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC (Lightning Design System), Flows, and Platform Events.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD processes for Salesforce projects.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or App Builder (highly desirable)
• Integration experience with MuleSoft and/or Azure platforms (highly desirable).
