Talenza have been engaged by a client in the leading industrial sector to hire a Cyber Security & Compliance Lead to support them on an initial 6-month day rate contract with potential for extension.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility around in office days and is open to Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane Candidates

Key Requirements:

• Lead enterprise-wide application security governance and compliance initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding of applications into SailPoint, ensuring alignment with authentication and access control standards.
• Manage and execute periodic user access reviews across key business applications.
• Ensure compliance with Essential 8, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks.
• Coordinate internal and external audits-including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and closure.
• Drive application whitelisting (e.g. Airlock Digital), patch governance, and secure lifecycle practices.
• Collaborate with IT, business owners, vendors, and audit teams to uphold governance requirements.

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility around in office days and is open to Sydney and Brisbane Candidates, but Melbourne candidates are preferred
