We're looking for a Data Integrity Manager to lead data governance, quality, and privacy for our client. If you're passionate about trusted data, regulatory compliance, and enabling smarter decisions through clean, secure data - this role is for you.

The Client

Our client aims to create a more inclusive Australia by supporting people with disability to take control of their NDIS funding. Through personalised and transparent financial management, they help clients navigate the NDIS with confidence. Their work reduces barriers and promotes choice, making them a leader in the plan management space.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and enforce data governance and privacy policies (GDPR, CCPA, Aus Privacy Act).
  • Monitor data quality, lead audits, and resolve integrity issues.
  • Drive improvements in how we collect, manage, and protect data.
  • Partner with tech and business teams to embed data best practices.
  • Train staff and build a strong culture of responsible data use.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our core values.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in data governance, quality, or privacy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of data compliance and privacy standards.
  • Skilled in tools like SQL, Power BI, Oracle, or SAP.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Relevant degree (Computer Science or related); certifications are a bonus.

  • Expertise in Data Integrity and Governance

Proven experience in implementing and overseeing data integrity, governance frameworks, and privacy policies in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.

  • Regulatory Awareness and Impact Analysis

Demonstrated understanding of relevant data-related regulations and the ability to interpret and adapt governance practices in response to evolving regulatory landscapes.

  • Team Leadership and Development

Strong track record in managing and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement and Subject Matter Expertise

Extensive experience in stakeholder management, including acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on data integrity and governance at the leadership level.

  • Adaptability in Mid-Sized Organisations

Ideally brings experience working within a mid-sized organisation, demonstrating the ability to be hands-on, adaptable, and responsive in dynamic environments.

  • Consultative and Collaborative Approach

Applies a consultative style, building relationships across the business and aligning data strategies with broader organisational goals.
