Role:

This hybrid role combines the client focus of a Customer Success Manager with the hands-on skills of a Salesforce Functional Administrator. You'll work across AMS and project delivery, acting as the key link between users, stakeholders, and technical teams. Your role includes configuring Salesforce, resolving issues, and driving adoption all within a collaborative, high-performing team that offers strong career growth, structured support, and access to top Salesforce talent, including an onsite Certified Technical Architect.

You will:

Customer Success & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business goals and identify opportunities to improve Salesforce usage and ROI.
  • Lead regular service reviews, planning sessions, and roadmap discussions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams including developers, BAs, and testers.

Functional Salesforce Administration

  • Manage user accounts, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, and automation tools.
  • Maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Support data management processes-import/export, deduplication, and quality monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to technical teams when needed.
  • Manage and install third-party AppExchange solutions.
  • Stay informed on Salesforce release updates and recommend applicable features.

You will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce administration or functional consulting.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce platform features, automation tools (e.g., Flows), and data structures.
  • Experience engaging with business users or clients in a support or success capacity.
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models and compliance standards (GDPR/CCPA).
  • Familiarity with tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, and AppExchange.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile or project delivery exposure preferred.
  • Australian Citizenship Required
  • Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
