I began my recruitment career in Software Engineering, collaborating with leading enterprises to build high-performing technical teams. Over time, I expanded my expertise to encompass the entire technology function, spanning Data, AI, SAP, Project Services, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, and UX/UI, covering roles from graduate to executive searches. I have worked with start-ups, scale-ups, and established enterprises through both market highs and lows. Throughout this journey, I have remained dedicated to providing not just talent but also valuable market insights and hiring strategies that yield lasting results.
