Career and education background:

I suppose at this stage I am a bit of a recruitment veteran with 20 + years across 3 countries, and experience across multiuple sectors, industies and market conditions. The last 10 years + I have been immersed in the world Technology, recruiting across multiple areas including Cyber, Engineering, Product, Data & Analytics, Infrastructure, Projects & Change.

What I’m passionate about:

Always a big fan of a challenge, I can not seem to resist! Sports fan (Reading FC), but I have moved more into the spectator side then partaking....unless you count fishing as a sport??

I used to compete in dressage events when I was a kid and I have completed two full Ironman races (any excuse to drop that in!)
