Corporate Social Responsibility

Our passion to make a difference and to give back to the community is hugely important to us. We exist to challenge the status quo in our industry and if we can give back along the way it makes it even more worthwhile.

Like many, we felt the impact of the recent bushfires in Australia and were compelled to take action to do our bit. In July 2020 we launched and initiative to help offset the devastation of the bushfires, we launched a CSR initiative alongside ReforestNow – a not-for-profit organisation that aims to reforest the northern NSW coastline with over 150 species of native trees.

How do we help? For every placement made by Talenza, we donate five trees to ReforestNow (with clients receiving a certificate outlining where their trees were planted). Since July 2020, we’ve already donated 100s of trees to this great cause! Together with our clients and candidates, we can have an impact on the local community and Australia’s unique environment that will last for generations to come.
