About the role
This is a newly created role in a financial services who are building up an internal IAM function. Your work will be split across project related work and BAU on a yet to be determined identity platform. This could be anything from basic troubleshooting, configuration, onboarding new applications or enhancement related work. You will report into a Head of IAM who is working through product and supplier selection, the supplier will handle the design and initial implementation phase of the project.

We are looking for deep hands-on SailPoint experience. We are not seeking a Technical BA.

• Enhancement, onboarding, configuration and support

Skills and experience

• Prior experience with SailPoint
• Ability to work on initial configuration and support
• Enhancement experience, able to onboard new apps to the chosen solution
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability
• ​​​​​​​Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal
• ​​​​​​​Industry certifications are highly regarded.
