Role:
As a Salesforce Developer Lead, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce solutions that bring business goals to life. You'll lead technical design discussions, mentor developers, and ensure that all Salesforce solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned to best practices.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, enjoys hands-on development, and wants to play a key role in guiding technical excellence within a multidisciplinary consulting environment.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Architects, and Business SMEs to translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Build custom components using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and OmniStudio where applicable.
- Oversee integration design and implementation using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and External Services.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and version control best practices (e.g., Gearset, Azure DevOps, Git).
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Support data migration, testing, and release management activities.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and solution scalability.
You will have:
- 5-7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 2 years in a technical lead capacity.
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, API integration, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud
- Exposure to OmniStudio is highly regarded.
- Experience working in consulting or complex, client-facing environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps best practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Application Architect, or OmniStudio Developer are highly desirable.
- Australian Citizenship is required.
- Baseline Clearance is highly advantageous.
