IT Support Engineer - 3 Month Contract
**Sydney | Hybrid (2 days in office) | Up to $400/day inc super | Immediate Start

My client, a respected non-for-profit organisation based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role requires someone who is immediately available and ready to provide L1/L2 support across the Windows, M365, and Intune environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in a collaborative and supportive team.

  • Deliver hands-on L1/L2 technical support across the Windows and M365 stack

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring minimal downtime for staff

  • Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management

  • Support M365 applications, user access, and security controls

  • Contribute to small projects and continuous improvement of IT processes

  • Provide clear communication and a strong customer service approach to stakeholders

  • Proven experience in an IT Support Engineer / L2 support role

  • Strong skills in Windows and M365 support

  • Microsoft Intune experience is essential

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Must be immediately available and able to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in the Sydney office)

  • 3 month contract

  • Up to $400/day inc super
