IT Support Engineer - 3 Month Contract
**Sydney | Hybrid (2 days in office) | Up to $400/day inc super | Immediate Start
My client, a respected non-for-profit organisation based in Sydney, is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team on a 3-month contract. This role requires someone who is immediately available and ready to provide L1/L2 support across the Windows, M365, and Intune environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations in a collaborative and supportive team.
Deliver hands-on L1/L2 technical support across the Windows and M365 stack
Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring minimal downtime for staff
Administer and manage Microsoft Intune for device and endpoint management
Support M365 applications, user access, and security controls
Contribute to small projects and continuous improvement of IT processes
Provide clear communication and a strong customer service approach to stakeholders
Proven experience in an IT Support Engineer / L2 support role
Strong skills in Windows and M365 support
Microsoft Intune experience is essential
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be immediately available and able to work in a hybrid setup (2 days in the Sydney office)
