Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Solution Architect who specialises in HRIS/HCM implementations. The successful candidate will be experienced in vendor reviews and will have successfully implemented a number of people resource management systems. Strong stakeholder skills and an understanding of large enterprises in the financial services sector is required for this role.

This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering HRIS / HCM implementations within large financial services enterprises, with strong knowledge of integration patterns, data flows, and enterprise interoperability.
• Demonstrated capability in vendor evaluation and management, coupled with a technology agnostic approach to solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
• Experience shaping strategic roadmaps and solution blueprints, balancing innovation, sustainability, and resilience; relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF, ITIL, BABOK, HCM platforms) desirable.
