Talenza have been engaged by an Australian financial services organisation to find a Infrastructure Architect who specialises in AWS migrations, ideally payment systems. The successful candidate will be experienced in designing AWS solution designs, as well as vendor management Strong stakeholder skills and an understanding of large enterprises in the financial services sector is required for this role.

This role requires 3 days per week in the office in the Brisbane CBD and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution/Infrastructure Architect

• Background in financial services with knowledge of regulatory and security needs

• Hands-on expertise in on-premise to AWS cloud migration

• Strong knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation/Terraform)

• Experience in networking, storage, compute, identity & access management

• Solid understanding of cloud security, DR, and compliance frameworks (APRA, PCI DSS, ISO27001)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• AWS certification preferred (Solutions Architect Professional/Associate)
