Senior Project Manager - Data Platforms

Salary : 150k - 160k including super

WFH Policy: 2 days in office, hybrid

Talenza is partnering with a leading organisation operating critical infrastructure 24x7x365. With significant investment in data-driven transformation, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of advanced data platforms and governance initiatives.

This role will see you manage the end-to-end delivery of modern data warehouse, BI, and analytics solutions. Working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders, you'll ensure Azure-based platforms are successfully deployed, governed, and embedded across the organisation.

• Manage large-scale data projects from planning through to implementation, ensuring delivery to scope, time, and budget.

• Lead the deployment of contemporary data warehouse, BI, and analytics platforms.

• Oversee implementation of Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Purview, ensuring robust integration and governance.

• Partner with Data Governance teams to embed frameworks, controls, and best practice.

• Engage and influence stakeholders in a 24x7x365 critical infrastructure environment.

• Ensure strong reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven track record as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex data initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Purview.

• Successful delivery of at least two modern data warehouse, BI, and analytics platforms.

• Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices.

• Background working in or alongside organisations with mission-critical operations.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
