Join one of Australia's Big 4 professional services firms, known for its innovation, enterprise-grade Salesforce programs, and collaborative culture. With a strong focus on delivering impact through technology, this team supports a wide range of industries from Education to Financial Services and the Public Sector through both Salesforce Implementation and Application Managed Services (AMS).

Role:

This hands-on role spans both AMS and project engagements, combining Salesforce development and platform testing. You'll be involved across the full SDLC from design and build through to deployment and quality assurance delivering scalable, integrated solutions across Salesforce Core.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, admins, BAs, and testers to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with client goals and technical best practices.

You will:

Salesforce Development

  • Build custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and adherence to platform best practices.
  • Deploy via Change Sets or CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Gearset).

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Execute manual test cases across Salesforce core clouds.
  • Perform Functional, Integration, UAT, and Regression testing.
  • Support automated testing using tools like Selenium, Provar, or Test Complete.
  • Validate security models and data integrity in sandboxes.

You will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in Salesforce development, configuration and testing.
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Rest API's
  • Omnistudio experience, Education cloud or PSS cloud highly advantageous
  • Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or Gearset.
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Selenium).
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and collaboration skills.
  • Agile delivery experience is a plus.
  • Australian Citizenship required
  • Baseline/ NV1 Clearance is highly advantageous.
