Talenza are seeking two highly experienced Senior Business Analysts to join an exciting, enterprise-level initiative rolling out a Portfolio & Work Management Solution, across a complex organisational landscape.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and deliver core analysis activities across multiple workstreams, driving business process analysis, requirement elicitation, and solution validation. This is not a junior or mid-level BA role-we're looking for individuals with proven capability to manage complexity at scale.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex workshops with diverse stakeholder groups

• Managing both functional and non-functional requirements

• Translating capabilities into clear test cases and maintaining traceability

• Performing as-is / to-be analysis to shape future-state processes

• Owning end-to-end business lifecycle analysis across multiple streams

• Supporting test and release planning with clear business-driven outcomes

• Enabling effective stakeholder engagement at all levels, from technical teams to senior executives

• Using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Clarity to support agile and wagile delivery models

Essential:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst

• Proven experience running complex stakeholder workshops

• Demonstrated capability with Planview or similar systems i.e portfolio management solutions

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence

• Strong understanding of BABOK-aligned practices

• Hands-on experience with enterprise programs involving 10+ stakeholder groups

• Demonstrated ability to produce traceable, testable, business-aligned requirements

• Previous experience with large financial institutions

• Familiarity with portfolio planning and work management disciplines
