About the role
This is a newly created role in a well known consultancy, focused on mid market businesses with a market cap up to $1bn. The work itself is focused on Cyber GRC - risk assessments, gap assessments, audit predominantly, though vCISO and general strategic consulting are also offered. There is an existing team with a need for director who is able to drive the practice forward by mentoring the existing team and assisting to develop new business opportunities.

This would suit someone from a larger consulting firm who is looking for the next step in their career - think an early career Director or an experienced Associate Director looking to step up.

Duties

• Delivery of Cyber Consulting Services
• Mentoring of a small team of Senior and Principal Level Consultants
• Business development and pipeline management
• Help further grow out the team and function
• Work with senior internal stakeholders to drive business opportunities

Skills and experience

• To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior consulting experience
• Ideally you come from Big 4 or a larger consulting business
• Exceptional customer facing skills and ability
• Significant knowledge across Cyber GRC
• Ability to lead engagements end to end
• Business development skills and track record
• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
• Industry certifications are highly regarded
