Talenza have been engaged by our client in the financial sector to find a Simulation Engineer.The successful candidate will use AnyLogic to build discrete event simulations, understand system workflows, test outcomes, and improve efficiency.

You'll be part of a high-profile program, using simulations to map processes, test different scenarios, spot process slow points, and deliver practical insights that improve operations and decision-making.

This role is a 3-6 month cntract and is Hybrid. The role is open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements:

-Extensive experience modelling complex systems and operations

-1-2 years hands-on AnyLogic experience with discrete event simulations.

-Strong knowledge of discrete simulation techniques and scenario analysis

-Track record of turning simulation results into actionable business insights

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading simulation projects.
