Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect x3
- SFMC Architect with Loyalty management implementation experience
- Immediate start: 6month initial contract: $850 - $950 per day
- Hybrid working with Enterprise client in Melbourne CBD

Join an established Salesforce partner, highly recognised in the industry for their specialism in Health and Public sector engagements. They have operations across Australia in enterprise space and are on a continued growth trajectory with many projects in pipeline.
Role:
As a SFMC Technical , you will be responsible for architecting, implementing and driving the success of a loyalty management engagement within an enterprise organisation based in Melbourne CBD. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration and best-in-class customer experiences. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne CBD with 2 days on-site.
- Act as the authority for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management implementations.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable multi-cloud architectures.
- Lead the integration of Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management with Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
- Oversee data models, APIs, and security frameworks for Marketing Cloud and Loyalty programs.
- Ensure best practices in AMPscript, SSJS, Journey Builder, and advanced automation.
- Provide technical governance on large-scale implementations, ensuring performance and compliance.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Salesforce releases and new features in Marketing Cloud and Loyalty Management.
You will have:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years as a Marketing Cloud Architect
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile, Email Studio, AMPscript, SSJS)
- Proven experience in architecting Salesforce Loyalty Management programs (tiers, points logic, integrations).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware, and enterprise data architecture.
- Experience with Data Cloud integration with external sources using standard connectors and custom integration.
- Strong knowledge of the Data Cloud data model, experience with mapping the Data Cloud model to data sources.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative development.
- Salesforce certifications: Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator, System Architect, or Technical Architect track.
Highly Advantageous:
- Delivery experience in highly regulated industries with complex compliance needs.
- Familiarity with data-driven marketing ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic platforms).
- Familiarity with the Marketing Cloud Next (Growth & Advanced).
- Exposure to Data Cloud and enterprise data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable release management.
