About the role

A leading Australian healthcare provider are looking to recruit a Senior Storage Engineer to join their core infrastructure team in Sydney to work on a mix of project work and BAU operations on a permanent basis.

The role would suit someone with the capability to drive the enterprise storage strategy for the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the Enterprise Storage strategy across multiple data centres and clinics in ANZ
• Design, deploy and maintain SAN/NAS storage solutions
• Lifecycle and capacity management
• Maintain and management of VMware based virtualization environments
• Using scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency

Key Skills:

• Deep experience with enterprise storage management - SAN, NAS, Fabric switches
• Good virtualization knowledge with VMware - vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, Horizon
• Knowledge of PowerCLI or similar scripting tools for automation
• Data Centre management
