Salesforce Technical Architect
- Salesforce core Technical Architect, Marketing cloud integration highly Advantageous
- Immediate start: 6month initial contract: $1050 per day
- Hybrid working with Enterprise client in Melbourne CBD
Organisation:
Join an established Salesforce partner, highly recognised in the industry for their specialism in Health and Public sector engagements. They have operations across Australia in enterprise space and are on a continued growth trajectory with many projects in pipeline.
Role:
As a Salesforce Technical , you will be responsible for architecting, implementing and driving the success of the platform integrating with a Loyalty management platform (Marketing Cloud) within an enterprise organisation based in Melbourne CBD. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored digital marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration and best-in-class customer experiences. This is a hybrid role based in Melbourne CBD with 2 days on-site.
- Act as the authority for Salesforce Technical solutions
- Ownership and accountability of the technical engagement ensuring a timely and successful delivery of solutions, domains such as data, integration and identity.
- Present and discuss technology solutions with client executives and key stakeholders.
- Established leader and advisor in cross-technology issues and risk mitigation.
- Ensure solid governance and best practices are established on engagements.
- Perform estimations to accurately assess the time and effort required to deliver solutions.
You will have:
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3+ years as a Technical Architect
- Deep technical expertise in Salesforce core - Sales, Service Experience
- Marketing Cloud experience highly advantageous
- Excellent in architecting, integrating SF with other platforms
- Salesforce certifications: System Architect and Technical Architect preferred
- Consulting and implementation experience in translating technical solution requirements to business solutions and customer outcomes.
- Knowledge and interest in cloud solutions, mobile/web development, and the latest technologies
- Executive presentation experience with excellent written and oral communication skills
- The ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues and clients
